In my work and while building lona studios, I've noticed how much interest there is in the topic of crystals. However, very few of us have any idea what to do with a beautiful crystal after purchasing it. I've created a workbook for you to share my experiences with you and give you a sense of the magic of crystals.
Crystals can be a helpful tool for you to reflect and grow beyond your personal limitations. They support you in seeing your truth and living all the knowledge you already carry within you. I'll share with you the techniques that crystals have been a wonderful guide for me in my growth.
There are several ways to select a crystal. I'll tell you about my approach in the workbook "How to Work with Crystals." While some people like to follow their intuition, others prefer a clear structure. I'll introduce you to my three favorite options, starting with the world of colors and moving on to astrology and my favorite topic: intuition!
At the end of the workbook, you'll find a summary of my favorite crystals and their unique properties. As you work through the workbook, choose what feels right for you and integrate it into your life. Be bold and dare to try new things. You can change your way of working and try something new at any time. Perhaps you'll develop your own unique routine that will provide you with an anchor in your everyday life.
